Where we store your personal data
The data that we collect from you is stored in a Cloud storage called Lightblue CRM,. The cloud servers are based in Cambridge, UK. Full details regarding Lightblue data protection can be found here.
By using our third-party providers, Mailchimp and Facebook, we transfer the personal information we collect about you to the USA in order to perform our contract with you. Mailchimp and Facebook are registered with the US Privacy Shield. This means that the USA has been deemed by the European Commission to provide an adequate level of protection for your personal information.
Where we have given you a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
While we use strong encryption, both when your information is moving to or from our web services and also whilst your information is held by us, unfortunately the transmission of information via the internet can never be completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
This website operates an email newsletter program, used to inform subscribers about products and services supplied by this website.
